We are adding a class dedicated to Runners to assist in training for upcoming races and the prevention of injury. Moving through twists, lateral bends and full range of motion will help you avoid common injuries and maintain peak performance. Each pose will help you get stronger and address muscle imbalances. The focus on strong, yogic breathing will help your mental clarity too! Also incorporated in this class are some deeply restorative poses specific to runners needs. End the class (and the day's training!) in Savasana - eyes closed, muscles and joints relaxed and the mind still.
