Class Descriptions
Basic
An introductory class for students who are new to yoga or a refresher class for others. We will focus on poses with heavy assists from the instructor. Our intention is to empower you regardless of skill level or body type.
Empower
Step onto your mat and tap into your inner strength with Empower, an energizing power vinyasa class designed to build heat from within—no heated room required. This dynamic flow blends breath, movement and mindful challenge to help you feel strong, focused and confident. Expect creative sequencing and purposeful pacing so you can push where you want to and ease where you need to.
Leave feeling grounded, uplifted and empowered from the inside out.
Rise & Shine Yoga
(Gentle Vinyasa)
This class is designed specifically for early mornings! Begin with warming stretches in preparation for a series of gentle flows and focus on breath. You’ll leave with an open and balanced mind and body! Please call or email to register the night before by 8PM
Restorative
This type of yoga is a practice of passive healing. By allowing time for longer asanas (postures or poses) using props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. and deeper breathing, restorative yoga helps elicit the relaxation response . This response can help slow breathing, reduce blood pressure, and produce a feeling of calm and increased well-being. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. This class is suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa
Move with intention and flow with your breath in this all-levels Vinyasa class. You’ll be guided through a smooth, creative sequence that links mindful movement with steady inhales and exhales, building warmth, strength and flexibility along the way. Variations and options are always offered so you can tailor the practice to what your body needs today.
Expect a balanced blend of energizing flow and grounding moments, leaving you centered, refreshed and connected.
Deep Stretch Yoga
The class that is the perfect start for beginners as well as a great way to compliment and deepen your practice. Deep stretch yoga involves moving through poses to improve flexibility and release tension. It is a slower paced class where poses are held for longer periods of time to promote opening, lengthening and an opportunity to explore. This class will help you feel lighter and more open and can leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

Gentle Warrior
During this class you will blend the strength of yoga’s warrior poses with the ease of a gentle flow. Designed for all levels, Gentle Warrior moves at a slower pace, allowing you to build stability, improve flexibility, and connect with your breath without strain. With mindful transitions and supportive guidance, you’ll cultivate both inner calm and quiet strength—leaving class feeling grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
SOMA Awakening Breath Meditation
SOMA breathwork uses a combination of rhythmic breathing, music, visualization and vocal toning. It’s based on the ancient Indian science of pranayama. Join us for an inspiring hour of movement and breathwork bringing you into heightened states of joy, energy, connection and consciousness. SOMA breathwork can help with stress, anxiety, depression and sleep. It can also improve mood, energy and focus.

Yoga Foundations Workshop Series

These workshops are open to all levels, whether you’re a dedicated student, curious about yoga beyond the poses or feeling gently drawn toward teaching someday. Yoga can be shared in many ways. Teaching yoga is not a licensed profession and certification is not legally required. While some studios do require certifications, others focus more on a teacher’s presence, knowledge and ability to hold space. Many people teach yoga in churches, community spaces, private sessions or small groups based on their experience and calling, rather than a specific credential.
We are truly excited to walk this path together and to offer space for learning, reflection and growth.
Candlelight Yoga
During this class you will let go of the week and focus on the new month ahead. We are so fortunate that we can enjoy all four seasons of the year and each month has its own wonderful qualities. This will be a 75 minute, unhurried calming candlelight class. You are encouraged to enter the dark glowing room and relax on your mat and begin to let go prior to class starting. Anyone wishing to attend the class is welcome, there are no requirements for the class except to cultivate openness and awareness of the mind, body and heart through gentle practice. Classes could be a combination of Gentle flow, Restorative, Mindful breathing and Reflection. Cost is same as a Drop In ($15.00)

Sacred Rest Sound Bath SUNDAY! February 22 @6PM
A Sacred Rest Sound Bath is a one hour sound healing experience where your body, mind and nervous system relaxes into the Parasympathetic state. The Sympathetic side is Flight, Fright, Freeze & Fawn and the Parasympathetic side is Rest, Digest and Heal and in this state your body’s healing abilities will be activated! Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and settle into your spot. We have mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye masks available but please feel free to bring whatever else you may need to be as comfortable as possible and allow your whole-being to rest and reset with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments including the vocals of Jessica Sage (AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL!!)
