Full Snow Moon Restorative
Candlelight Yoga, Friday, february 6 @ 6pm

During this class you will let go of the week and focus on the new month ahead.  We are so fortunate that we can enjoy all four seasons of the year and each month has its own wonderful qualities.  This will be a 75 minute, unhurried calming candlelight class.  You are encouraged to enter the dark glowing room and relax on your mat and begin to let go prior to class starting.  Anyone wishing to attend the class is welcome, there are no requirements for the class except to cultivate openness and awareness of the mind, body and heart through gentle practice.  Classes could be a combination of  Gentle flow, Restorative, Mindful breathing and Reflection.  Cost is same as a Drop In ($15.00)

Foundations of Yoga Workshop #3 Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras & Mantras

This experiential workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the subtle practices that calm the nervous system, focus the mind and awaken inner awareness.

We will explore pranayama (breathwork) to balance energy and regulate the nervous system, followed by guided meditation to cultivate presence, clarity and ease. You’ll also be introduced to mudras (hand gestures) that support energetic flow and intention and mantras that use sound and repetition to steady the mind and deepen meditation.

This workshop is less about “doing” and more about listening, feeling and experiencing. Practices will be accessible, gentle and adaptable for all levels. No prior experience necessary. You’ll leave with simple tools you can incorporate into your daily life or existing yoga practice to support grounding, focus and inner calm.

Ayurveda & Yogic Lifestyle Workshop

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, offers a timeless roadmap for living in harmony with your body, mind, and the natural world. We’ll also look at the cycles of nature and causative factors that influence imbalance, and close with practical tools through an Ayurvedic daily routine (Dinacharya) you can begin integrating right away. The workshop concludes by tying these teachings back into a holistic yogic lifestyle—simple, intuitive, and sustainable.
