Sound Bath w/ Tea @ 7PM
Join us for a nourishing 75-minute experience where we’ll set intentions beneath the Full Harvest moon (September 26) and the waxing crescent moon (October 24). Guided by the wisdom of the rose and the comfort of herbal tea, we’ll then ease into deep stillness with an immersive sound bath.

Candlelight Yoga 10/3 @7PM
Step away from the busyness of the week and welcome the month ahead with steillness and ease. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, this class offers a calming space to slow down and reconnect. Arrive a few minutes early to settle into the peaceful, dimly lit room and allow yourself to begin letting go before the practice begins. Each class weaves together elements of Gentle Flow, Restorative postures, mindful breathing and quiet reflection. No experience is needed just a willingness to open the heart, body and mind to presence and renewal.

As the Autumn Equinox brings equal parts day and night, join us for a sound bath designed to nurture harmony within. Immerse yourself in the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, voice and other healing instruments as they guide you into a state of balance, renewal and deep inner stillness.

5 Elements Yoga Flow
Join us every Wednesday (beginning 9/3) at 10:30AM as we gently explore the wisdom of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space — through mindful movement and breath. Each element invites a different quality: feeling grounded like Earth, flowing with ease like Water, awakening warmth like Fire, opening to lightness like Air and softening into spacious awareness like Space.
Through mindful movement, we will also stimulate and open the body’s meridians (energy channels), supporting balance and vitality from within. Breath is the thread that guides every transition
This is a welcoming practice for all levels, designed to leave you feeling rooted, calm and gently refreshed — connected to both your inner world and the beauty of nature around you.
Meditation & Restorative
We begin with a 30-minute guided meditation to quiet the mind, center the breath and cultivate inner calm. After meditation, students may choose to quietly leave or remain for a 45-minute restorative yoga practice. Supported by props and held in gentle, restful postures, restorative yoga allows the body to release tension and the nervous system to reset. Come for meditation, restorative yoga or both—this class is designed to meet you where you are.
