Class Descriptions

Basics - An introductory class for students who are new to yoga or a refresher class for others.  This class will focus on poses with heavy assists from the instructor.

Morning? Moon Flow 5AM (Gentle Vinyasa) - This class is designed specifically for early mornings! Begin with warming stretches in preparation for a series of gentle flows and focus on breath. You’ll leave with an open and balanced mind and body! Please call or email to pre-register the night before by 8PM

Gentle Flow Vinyasa - This class is aimed at seasoned beginners and regular practitioners. Gentle flowing movements will nourish the body and calm the mind. Modifications will be offered allowing yogis to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice.

Yoga For Kids! - TBD, 10:45AM - 11:30AM Yoga benefits ALL ages! Yoga will build strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, self-expression, self-esteem, peace & connection. Students will learn Yoga poses, breathing, games, mindfulness & relaxation.

Reiki Healing & Crystal TherapyReiki - A pleasant and relaxing  session that is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.  Crystal Therapy - A holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic vibrational power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind.  Call Kelly (Certified Crystal Therapist and Reiki Practitioner) for questions and appointments at  (937)402-4908

Vinyasa - A flow style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement.  This class is ideal for Intermediate yogis.

Yoga/Meditation - Increase your flexibility, strength and overall energy levels during the first half of class then finish by harnessing your minds energy through meditation. (7AM class needs to call or email to pre-register the night before by 8PM)

Yahweh - Yahweh yoga takes a well-rounded approach to fitness and health which combines Christian teaching and a slow flow vinyasa.  Suitable for all levels ** The next Yahweh class will be October 3**

Yin  -  Yin yoga is the calmer side of yoga.  This class will consist of supported poses and holding poses for an extended period of time allowing deep stretching beyond the muscles and into the connective tissue and fascia.  Suitable for all levels.  * YIN is offered as a 2 hr workshop once a month (Oct.6, Nov.3, Dec.1) from 1:00 - 3:00.

Midday Motivation (Noon Yoga) - This class is for all levels and will provide the opportunity to relax and recharge for the rest of your day!

Power Vinyasa - Power Vinyasa Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This class is a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.
