If you are unable to arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins, please come back another time!! **Yahweh Yoga will be offered every first Thursday of the month. (1/3, 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/3, 6/6, )**  On that day there will be no 6:00PM or 7:30PM classes**

Class Descriptions

Basics - An introductory class for students who are new to yoga or a refresher class for others.  This class will focus on poses with heavy assists from the instructor.

Gentle Flow - This class is for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style (moving from posture to posture using breath). This class is great for those new to yoga, looking for a more gentle practice or those who just need a change of pace.

Gentle Vinyasa (Sunrise Yoga!) - This class is designed specifically for early mornings! Begin with warming stretches in preparation for a series of gentle flows and focus on breath. You’ll leave with an open and balanced mind and body!

Yoga For Kids! - 11:00AM - 11:45AM Yoga benefits ALL ages! Yoga will build strength, flexibility, balace, concentration, self-expression, self-esteem, peace & connection. Students will learn Yoga poses, breathing, games, mindfulness & relaxation.

Reiki Healing & Crystal TherapyReiki - A pleasant and relaxing  session that is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.  Crystal Therapy - A holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic vibrational power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind.  Call Kelly (Cerified Crystal Therapist and Reiki Practitioner) for questions and appointments at  (937)402-4908

Vinyasa - A flow style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement.  This class is ideal for Intermediate yogis.

Runners - This class is dedicated to Runners to assist in training for upcoming races and the prevention of injury.  Moving through twists, lateral bends and full range of motion will help you avoid common injuries and maintain peak performance.  Each pose will help you get stronger and address muscle imbalances.  The focus on strong, yogic breathing will help your mental clarity too!  Also incorporated in this class are some deeply restorative poses specific to runners needs.  End the class (and the day's training!) in Savasana - eyes closed, muscles and joints relaxed and the mind still. ** You don’t have to be a runner to join this class!! :) **

Midday Basic - Refresh! Reset! Rejuvenate! Use your lunch hour to exercise every major muscle group in your body PLUS connect with your breath, body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels!

Yahweh - Yahweh yoga takes a well-rounded approach to fitness and health which combines Christian teaching and a slow flow vinyasa.  Suitable for all levels

Yin  -  Yin yoga is the calmer side of yoga.  This class will consist of supported poses and holding poses for an extended period of time allowing deep stretching beyond the muscles and into the connective tissue and fascia.  Suitable for all levels.  * YIN is offered as a 2 hr workshop the first Sunday of each month from 1:45 - 3:45
